Meet Cristy Byrd!
Cristy has been an active member of her community for over 15 years and has now turned that focus toward real estate. With a passion for serving the Wiregrass area, she is now licensed in Florida to broaden her reach and better serve her clients. Cristy is ready to help with all your home buying and selling needs. She is also highly knowledgeable in large acreage properties, from rural homesteads to investment tracts.
Cristy began her career as a police communications officer and later earned her degree in Paralegal Studies from Enterprise State Community College. She went on to work as an assistant property manager for an apartment complex in Troy, AL, where her dedication and skill quickly earned her the role of property manager. During her 10 years in that position, Cristy maintained an impressive 98% average occupancy rate.
When Cristy isn’t helping her clients make their Real Estate dreams come true, she enjoys crafting, reading, and soaking up the sun on a nearby beach. She is also a proud mom to her daughter, Lexxie (Caleb).
